Once your kefir is ready for straining simply place the strainer over a small bowl and pour your kefir into the strainer. The kefir grains will remain in the strainer and can then be used to make your next batch.
The deep white strainer has a diameter of 14 cms and is 7.5 cms deep.
The small white strainer with handle has a diameter of 8.5 cms
